If you like staying active, working with people, and finishing the day knowing you accomplished something, you’ll fit right in with our team. As a Truck Team Member, you’ll help customers clear out unwanted items while providing dependable, friendly service from start to finish.

This is an active, hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be out in the community, working alongside a teammate, loading and removing items, and making sure every customer has a great experience.

Your Day-to-Day

Remove, carry, load, and transport unwanted items safely.
Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Keep work areas clean and organized throughout each job.
Provide estimates and clearly explain pricing.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate.
Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have a perfect background to succeed here. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing quality work, and brings a positive attitude to the job. You should be dependable, comfortable with physical work, and confident interacting with customers. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be 21+ with a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes.

Experience in moving, labor, warehouse work, delivery, driving, operations, sales, or customer service is a plus.
