Our Orlando team is looking for dependable people who can bring a great attitude to every customer interaction while also being ready to roll up their sleeves and get the physical work done. You'll spend your day traveling to different homes and businesses, helping customers clear out unwanted items, and making what can sometimes be a stressful situation feel easy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to what they need and help find the right solution.
• Explain our services and pricing in a clear, comfortable way.
• Provide estimates and identify opportunities to help customers with additional needs.
• Lift, carry, load, and move items safely—up to 50 lbs.
• Take care of the customer's property and leave the area clean.
• Keep the truck organized and ready for the next job.
• Work closely with your teammate to get each job completed safely and efficiently.

You don't need to be a professional salesperson or have years of junk removal experience. We can teach you the job. What we're really looking for is someone who is reliable, friendly, confident, and willing to work.

If you enjoy talking with people, can stay positive when things get busy, and aren't afraid of physical work, you'll have a lot of the qualities we're looking for.

You must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, a clean 3-year driving record, and be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Alternating weekend availability is required.
