Your Role:

• Start each day energized with your crew, planning routes in our signature blue trucks
   

• Connect with customers, easing their stress with friendly, professional service
   

• Lift 50+ lb items repeatedly and sort them for donation, recycling, or disposal
   

• Drive (if eligible), stay safe, and provide top-tier customer care
   

• Help educate customers and offer smart upsells
