What You’ll Do:

• Start each shift with your team, review the day’s route, and head out in our clean, branded trucks.

• Greet customers with professionalism and positivity, making their day easier from the moment you arrive.

• Remove, load, and sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal.

• Drive (if eligible), navigate neighborhoods, and ensure safe, efficient service.

• Spot opportunities to upsell and educate customers on our services.
