At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we’re more than a junk removal service—we’re in the business of
creating stress-free experiences for our customers. Every interaction is a chance to make a
difference, whether it's scheduling a pickup, answering questions, or ensuring each customer
feels valued and appreciated.
What You'll Be Doing:
● Provide knowledgeable, friendly guidance to help customers find the right solutions.
● Work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient service and seamless
scheduling.
● Troubleshoot concerns with patience, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
● Create positive and memorable interactions that keep customers coming back!
● Safely removing items from customers homes & businesses (Ability to lift 50+ lbs
repeatedly throughout the day)
● Driving our shiny, blue trucks! (Must be 21+ years of age with a clean, valid driver’s
license for 3+ years; for insurance purposes)
Who We're Looking For:
● Passionate customer service professionals who genuinely love helping people.
● Strong communicators with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
● Detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work efficiently.
● Energetic, team-oriented professionals who thrive in a fun, dynamic atmosphere.
