About the Role:
As a Full-Time Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly voice that welcomes new
customers across four different franchise locations. Your primary role will be to make
welcome calls, ensuring customers feel valued and informed about our services. You’ll be the
first point of contact, setting the tone for a great customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
● Making outbound welcome calls to customers for multiple franchise locations
● Providing helpful information and answering initial questions
● Building strong relationships and creating positive first impressions
● Managing multiple customer interactions efficiently and professionally
● Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions

● Customer-Focused Approach – You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating

● Strong Multitasking Skills – Handling multiple calls and customer details with ease
