Your Role:

 

Providing warm and friendly customer service 

Safely removing junk from homes & businesses, working alongside your teammates 

Working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction

Troubleshooting concerns with patience and professionalism, creating stress-free solutions for customers 

Participating in junk removal—lifting items, safely removing them from homes and businesses (Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day)

Driving our trucks to deliver service efficiently (Driver’s must be 21+ years of age with a clean, valid driver’s license for 3+ years- for insurance purposes)

 

Pay & Benefits:

 

 Competitive pay & performance-based incentives $17-$19/HR average all in pay (with cash/credit tips) plus the opportunity for monthly profit share bonuses 

Health/Vision/Dental after 60 days of employment (Full time)
