Why You'll Love This Role:

Every customer interaction is unique—some people need help figuring out the logistics of their junk removal, while others have concerns or questions about the process. You’ll be the one who listens, offers clear guidance, and resolves concerns with patience and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs 

•  Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently to ensure stress-free experiences

• Working with the operations team to coordinate seamless pickups and services 

•  Handling junk removal tasks safely, lifting items (must be able to lift 50+ lbs)

•  Making sure each customer feels valued, heard, and satisfied with their service

Your Key Traits:

• You enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box 

• You have excellent communication skills and love helping people 

•  You stay calm under pressure and can resolve concerns professionally 

•  You’re an energetic team player with a passion for service

• Ability to drive (Must be 21+ years of age with a clean, valid Driver’s license for 3+ years, for insurance purposes)

Pay/Benefits:

• $18-$20/HR average all in pay (with cash/credit tips) plus, the opportunity for monthly profit share bonuses 

• Health/Vision/Dental after 60 days of employment (Full time roles)
