What You’ll Do:

• Remove Junk: Help customers declutter their homes and businesses by removing unwanted items.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Teamwork: Work alongside your teammates to efficiently load and transport items.

• Eco-Friendly Disposal: Sort items for recycling, donation, and proper disposal, contributing to a greener planet.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $18-$20/HR average all in pay (base pay plus cash/credit tips) plus opportunities for monthly performance bonuses 

• Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a work-life balance with flexible hours that fit your lifestyle. Full time is a 4 day work week! 

• Training Provided: No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to get you started.

Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy items. 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day 

• Positive Attitude: A friendly and professional demeanor.

• Driver’s License: Clean, valid Driver’s license for 3+ years and 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
