Your Role: As a Truck Team Member, you'll be the face of our brand, embarking on a new adventure every day. You'll travel around the city, help customers declutter their spaces, and ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. You'll work closely with your team, building camaraderie and creating unforgettable memories.

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Efficiently and safely remove junk from residential and commercial properties.

• Load and unload the truck with care, treating every item as if it were your own.

• Keep the truck and equipment clean and well-maintained.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and exceed customer expectations.

• Make a positive impact on the community by recycling and donating items whenever possible.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive and energetic attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (3+ years with a license, 21+ years of age, for insurance purposes).

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

• A passion for helping others and making a difference.
