What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of Junk Removal Specialists to deliver exceptional service to our customers

• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, professional, and friendly service

• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation

• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in the field

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in customer service or related field

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Ability to lift heavy items throughout the day (50+ lbs repeatedly)

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for 3+ years, 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
