At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, customers call us when they need a problem solved—an overflowing garage, old furniture, a move-out cleanout, or simply too much stuff. Your job is to show up with a great attitude, understand what they need, and make the process easy.

You'll combine customer service, sales, and hands-on work while helping customers throughout the Orlando area reclaim their spaces.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Listen to their needs and explain 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services and pricing.
• Provide estimates and recommend solutions that make sense.
• Build trust and create an experience customers remember.
• Safely lift, carry, and load items up to 75 lbs.

You'll Fit Right In If...

You're naturally friendly, dependable, comfortable talking to people, and don't mind getting your hands dirty. We value people who show up ready to work and genuinely enjoy helping others.

A valid driver's license and 21+ age requirement apply, along with a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes.

The Good Stuff

Earn $17–$20/hour, including base pay, tips, and bonus opportunities. At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, you'll also receive paid training, health, dental and vision benefits, 401(k) matching after one year, company uniforms, referral bonuses, and performance-based team competitions. Full-time schedules are available, with alternating weekend availability required.
