As a Truck Team Member, you will be responsible for heavy lifting, providing quotes, and engaging with our customers to ensure a positive experience.

 

Flexible Schedule:

• Work 4 days a week (8-12-hour shifts)

• 3 days off every week to recharge!

Pay & Bonuses:

• $20 - $25/hour (base pay + profit share performance bonus + credit card tips)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently remove junk from residential and commercial locations

• Provide quotes to customers and answer any questions they may have

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with clients

• Ensure proper handling and disposal of junk materials

• Work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21+ years of age (for commercial insurance purposes)

• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving history

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor (50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day)

• Attention to detail and a responsible work ethic
